It has everything you need for your stay and above all, it's very warm when it's cold outside.

The terrace is big and has a table with seats, the floor of the bathroom has warming which I totally loved and the neighbourhood is quite, close to downtown, with shops and bars. I believe I will return, totally recommended. This cozy little apartment was within walking distance from all the major sites with easy access to the grocery, local eateries and the metro. Susana provided all the necessities as well as some special touches such as a bottle of champagne to help us ring in the New Year.

She was quick to respond to any question and helped to make our stay quite pleasant. It felt like a home away from home! We would definitely stay there again! It was such a lovely stay in the apartment. Although it was snowing outside, the apartment was warm and cosy. It was great having the nespresso machine too. The location was fantastic, and wonderful views of the park and city. It's a quiet area, 1 or 2 metro stops from the centre. Lots of interesting shops in the area, and the rio river park is perfect for jogging and just walking around.

The building is modern and the terrace would have been perfect in better weather. Very lovely and comfortable apartament, very open and spacious. Fabulous large terrace, wonderful to take advantage of in nice weather conditions. Susana is very kind and communicatve, it was a pleasure to meet her briefly and stay at this beautiful apartament in Madrid. Would definitely return in future visits to the city! We were at Susana's apartment for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay there. Susana was a good host - very polite and responsive.

Her apartment was very clean and had a furnished kitchen with a washer, a stove, and a refrigerator.

The apartment had a functional heating system - definitely a plus as the weather was at times cold during our stay. The apartment is located close to the subway which made it convenient to explore Madrid. We would definitely recommend Susana's apartment. Lovely apartment. Lots of room for 2 people. Bed super comfortable.

Very close to public transport. Went with my 13yr old daughter. Would return with my husband or friends. Great place - quiet and cozy, just a 15 min walk from Puerta del Sol. Metro station around the corner, fantastic terrace - nothing could be better! We stayed in Madrid for 3 days and wished we had stayed longer!! Directions to Tim and Diego's place from the airport were very thorough, check in warm and welcoming and unit very clean. Tim offered advice and map on things to see and do - bus just on the corner and easy trip into Madrid.

Buy a 10 trip metro ticket from smoke shop on corner! Brekky prepared for us in the morning and we were told to contact them if any issues during the day. A lovely place to stay. Thanks Tim!!

The apartment is a minute walk from the city center. We used very little thhe metro. The room was clean, except the blanket which was dirty. Many thanks Diego for your hospitality, we didn't have time to thank you in the day of the departure. We really enjoy the stay. Thank you and happy holidays! Diego's place is very comfortable and there is everything you need. The place was clean, including the bathroom. Diego was very helpful and explained, which metro station is closer to the apartment and how to get to the centre.

He has two lovely dogs who are extremely friendly but know that I shouldn't go inside the room. Would stay there again! We were very happy about staying in Diego's place.

Diego Is a great man! The apartment room is really small, my two suitcases have just opened, the room door can not be locked, this is a few more general place. The location can actually, but we rented a car, so it is difficult to find the right parking spaces, need to rely on luck! The apartment is 2 minutes walk from both the metro station and carrefour market. We had no problems with check-in and really enjoyed staying in the apartment.

The only issues we can mention is quite small room and no possibility to eat at the kitchen.

The place is clean and near Royal Palace ouf Madrid. The area is safe. I recommend: Very clean, good price for private room, close to metro and grocery stores. Perfect for when you want to take a break from dorm beds in busy hostels. Johanna was a really nice and communicative host, though we may have struggled a little had we not spoken Spanish.

The room was really good value for money and the flat was extremely clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Johanna is extremely welcoming and friendly. Her place is near a nice main street just outside the main city ring. Very walkable and the metro into town is also no more than a 5 minute walk. Her space is very clean, we enjoyed her company and the stay. Madrid is awesome. Unfortunately, our experience was rather bad. The flat and the room are very dark and additionally the room is tiny and cramped, so that two people barely can stand next to each other. Furthermore, the whole flat and the house had a strange unpleasant smell to it, which is probably the result of improper ventilation.

Also, two other rooms in the flat were rented out at the same time, which was not stated at all in the advertisement.

It is not necessary to explain the jam in the bathroom in the morning and the evening. The hosts was polite, however, besides the 5 minutes introduction to the flat showed little to no interested in us which is strange to me if someone is supposed to live in your flat for 8 days. In summary, this was by far my worst AirBnB experience.

In fact, we booked a new accommodation, since we felt so uncomfortable in the flat. Pros- It is a nice, small apartment located in a great part of Madrid. The hosts are quick to reply and easy to communicate too. And there is no WiFi. Very good value for money.
